For one in four NZ Children, the school day means going hungry at lunchtime and not having the basic necessities such as a school bag, drink bottle, or stationery items that are crucial for their learning. Tools for Schools provides your organisation the opportunity to build your sense of team while making a positive impact in the community through the donation of these essential items to deserving kiwi kids.

With class in session, teams will need to be on top of their game as they compete across of a range of subject-themed interactive challenges (all of which can be tailored to suit the objectives of your group and the setting for your event). Each time a subject (challenge) is passed, teams will receive a “pass mark” on their report cards and earn the corresponding items to fill their school backpack.

As the program draws to a conclusion, our winners are found before the final bell rings and we welcome the surprise arrival of students from a low decile school into the venue. It is at this point the deeper meaning of the day's event unfolds as your organisation donates the tools for schools to those in need.
