From the moment delegates enter the room there is a sense that this will be a very special and unique experience. With violins placed on every chair, and our lead instructor serenading the group, it’s time to welcome you to Crescendo. Guided through every step of the event by Team Up facilitators and the lead instructor, participants will be taken through the basic of holding a violin and bow, to then playing strings and learning single notes.

As the group’s confidence grows, so does the complexity of the challenge. They are taught a musical piece that will eventually be performed as a canon in the grand finale. With each rehearsal, the level of synchronization improves, and the harmony becomes more polished. Finally, the time comes for the grand finale, a thrilling and inspiring performance that exemplifies the remarkable outcomes of collaboration and unity - a truly perfect Crescendo!
