The Situation Room is a fast-paced event that tests teams’ ability to rapidly analyse real-time information and make crucial decisions. Using the context of an illicit trade simulation scenario, teams are challenged to learn from each other, identify strengths and weaknesses, and demonstrate situational leadership skills under pressure.

As information breaks of a developing illicit trade scenario, teams immediately become part of the high-pressure environment of The Situation Room. Mimicking a real-life crisis, participants take their seats around the table in preparation for the briefing - with only a locked briefcase and a red siren as their initial clues, regular video updates reveal key elements of the situation and guide participants through the event.

There are 4 crucial stages (Alpha / Bravo / Charlie / Delta), each linking to a locked compartment in the black briefcase. As teams decipher the information at hand, all answers must be submitted through the secure device provided (iPad and Event APP). Teams who submit correct answers in the quickest time are rewarded accordingly.  Once the final stage is concluded a powerful team evaluation debrief provides the participants key insight into their performance and a chance to discuss their learnings from the simulation. Are you and your team prepared to take command and control in The Situation Room?
