Build A Bike | Charity Team Building

A small challenge with a big outcome

Build A Bike. A small challenge with a big outcome – does your team have what it takes to successfully build a bike worthy for an under-privileged child?

Build A Bike – Charity Team Building

This engaging, fun, and fast-moving charity based Team Building activity takes your team on a ride that results in a brand new bicycle, built by your team, being donated to a very deserving young child from a local charity or community organisation.

With the task in hand, and unaware of the charitable element of the programme, teams will participate in a range of challenges (tailored to meet the specific requirements or objectives of your group) in order to obtain bike parts and tools before the assembly process can begin. From here it is a balancing act between speed and accuracy as teams race to be first across the line and have their bike assessed by the on-hand Bike Tech.

As the programme appears to be coming to an end, a very special group of guests are welcomed into the venue and the reality of what is about to take place sinks in. There will not be a dry eye in sight as the presentations unravel and our special guests receive their brand new bikes.

“Thank you so much for facilitating the Bayleys Build A Bike. You guys were awesome to work with. We appreciated your ideas and suggestions prior to the evening and then you were wonderful facilitators on the night. Thank you. We thoroughly recommend you to anyone who wishes to work with true professionals.”

“On behalf of our very lucky Cure Kids we would like to thank you for your generosity in gifting the 8 bikes to them. The kids are all overwhelmed, allowing them to forget about life for a while while they are riding their bikes means more than you will ever know. Their pain and hurt will turn into smiles and laughter. Our Cure Kids are hero’s in our eyes, you are now hero’s in their eyes”
