Stu Robertson  |  Managing Director & Founder

Stu has always been fascinated by peak performers, top achievers who exceed expectations, and most notably teams who are greater than the sum of their parts! As such he has spent over 15 years working with aspiring athletes, high performance sports teams, in educational settings, and for the most part with corporate organisations looking to develop their people and their culture.

Through this time Stu has learnt that there is undoubtedly no secret recipe for success and no one size fits all solution when it comes to getting the best out of your team.

In most cases, people and teams already have the attributes and components needed to succeed. Often all that is missing are the tools and environment to help foster their development in order to achieve success – and that was the drive behind creating Team Up Events.

Team Up Events provides the tools and scenarios for your people and your organisation to build better teams, to fulfil your potential, and achieve success.

James Harnett  |  Business Development Manager

James and Team Up Events go together like peas and carrots: both are extremely passionate, extra professional and most of all fun! What a perfect blend for this great industry.

James joined our team mid 2018 and has over 20 years experience in customer service, sales, and key account management, with the past eight years specifically overseeing some of the biggest national contracts in his former industry. The buzz for ensuring every client gets the best advice is paramount to James, with no stone left unturned to ensure he fully understands your needs and matches the perfect event.

Sera Wise  |  Sales & Event Executive

Keep up with Sera if you can! Sera brings a wealth of experience in Corporate Tourism, Sales, and Management after spending the last four years working with Whistler.com in Canada. Fortunately for Team Up and our clients, Sera has returned to New Zealand and is bringing her charm, personality, passion and understanding of successful conference and event engagement to her Sales Executive role.

With international and local experience under her belt, Sera knows the importance and benefits of providing engaging activities for your next conference, team day, or leadership meeting.

Tarryn Robertson  |  Learning Specialist

Applying the theory behind the experiential learning is Tarryn’s area of expertise. With a strong background in High Performance Sport, Education, and currently completing her Masters in Educational Psychology, Tarryn is perfectly placed to ensure the design and delivery of our programmes combine best teaching practice to maximise participant and team learning!

Don’t be fooled however, Tarryn is also loads of fun and a natural extrovert who loves to play tricks! So she’s very much a serious learning focus fun team building type of person!

Flint Rennie  |  Event & Operations Manager

Flint joins Team Up Events with a strong background in General Management from the film and events industry. Having held prominent management roles at both Event Cinema’s and the New Zealand International Film Festival over the past 10 years, Flint is a creative problem-solver with customer experience and care at the heart of every decision he makes.

Flint thrives on providing interesting, enjoyable, and rewarding experiences for people of all ages – something that is undoubtedly and assist for Team Up Events and your organisation when planning your next event!

Adam Sommerville  |  Event Director & Lead Facilitator

Our in-house outdoor education and health and safety specialist. Adam combines his talents for facilitation with strong organisational and administrative skills to coordinate and deliver world class team building events right here in New Zealand.

Adam’s relaxed, calm under pressure, and quick witted personality make him an assets to our team and your next event. A natural sportsman himself (just don’t ask about his knees) Adam is passionate about all things TEAM and you can rest assured he will go above and beyond to make your next event a total success!

Danny Kettoola  |   Facilitator

Danny’s strong background in Personal Training, Group Fitness, and Youth Work, coupled with his larger than life personality, mean your next Team Up Event will be facilitated with bundles of energy and enthusiasm. There is never a dull moment with Danny on an event and his natural sense of humour combined with an engaging style of facilitation ensures that everyone (yes everyone) will be 100% on the bus when it comes to participating in your team building program!

 

Sam Dobson  |   Facilitator

Full of energy and full of life, Sam is the perfect spark to make your next event the best yet. Sam joins Team Up Events with over 10 years of Corporate Team Building experience with our Catalyst Global Partners Biz Group based in Dubai. Her natural enthusiasm for empowering people to understand the value of team work is infectious and a driving force behind Sam’s commitment to delivering world class events right here in New Zealand.

Campbell Higgins  |  Facilitator

Campbell’s background in all things sport and education make him a perfect fit for the facilitation and delivery of our events. With experience from the US Summer Camp circuit, through to the delivery of corporate training workshops, Campbell takes great pride in connecting participants with experiences that deliver value as well as fun. Did we mention Campbell is also a talented footballer having played to National League Level in NZ as well!

Susan Bieleski  |  Facilitator

Another recruit from our Catalyst Global Partners Biz Group based in Dubai, Susan brings a wealth of experience in Corporate Team Building to our fun, passionate, and professional team! With a keen eye for detail, a fun loving outlook on life, and a genuine empathy for all things people related, Susan encapsulates what it means to “team up” and without a doubt a valuable asset in the delivery of your next team event!

Ella Addenbrooke | Facilitator

Ella is our language specialist with international Team Building experience! Fluent in Mandarin, Taiwanese, and Thai, Ella is currently perfecting her Spanish and Japanese as well! With previous experience facilitating Team Building events for global giants such as Mercedes-Benz, Nike, E-Bay, and Google throughout Asia, Ella brings a spark to your next team event with her boundless energy and enthusiasm for delivering world-class events.
