Flint Rennie  |  Event & Operations Manager

Flint joins Team Up Events with a strong background in General Management from the film and events industry. Having held prominent management roles at both Event Cinema’s and the New Zealand International Film Festival over the past 13 years, Flint is a creative problem-solver with customer experience and care at the heart of every decision he makes. Flint thrives on providing interesting, enjoyable, and rewarding experiences for people of all ages – something that is undoubtedly and assist for Team Up Events and your organisation when planning your next event!



Joanna Hall  |  Sales & Event Manager

Joanna, our Sales & Event Manager, comes to us from a background in Administration and Coordination with experience in the Event and Hospitality industry while gaining her Bachelor of Arts in International Relations, Asian Studies, and Political Science. Joanna has also worked at the National Library of New Zealand where she developed experience in the facilities and logistics needed for special events or conferences. After a stint in the Super Yacht industry, she has the eye for detail and flair which ensures your event comes off without a hitch and is delivered to the highest standard!


Courtney Kerrigan  |  Sales & Event Executive

Courtney joins Team Up Events on the back of 5 years operations, management, and sales  experience with organisations such as Vidcom and Staging Connections in Auckland Venues The Hilton, Sofitel Auckland, and The Pullman Auckland. Having worked across a wide range of events from varying industries all with different team dynamics, Courtney has seen first hand how vital having a good team culture is to ensure a smooth running and successful business. This is why she is so passionate about what we do at Team Up Events and is dedicated to finding the perfect team building program for your next event!

Monique Lowry  |  Event Director & Operations

Monique is an avid football fan and loves being active. If she isn’t running around the football field she will be out and about playing social sports or working out at the gym. After completing a Bachelor of Sport and Recreation in Tauranga she joined the team at the Bay of Plenty Polytechnic where she helped facilitate student events across the campus. Monique has spent the last two years working in the fitness industry where her passion for working with people shone brightly. Monique brings a “get up and go” attitude to Team Up Events and will provide a bright spark to any event!

Greg Cato | Lead Facilitator

Greg has invested the last 10 years of his life in learning and travelling the world, working with many different facilitation and education providers from government organisations and multi-national corporates, such as Citi Bank and Samsung in South Korea, to water sport coaching in the USA, and teaching English in Italy. Greg’s larger-than-life personality will be sure to energise your team on your next Team Up Event. When Greg catches his breath, you’ll find him either in the squash courts, on the beach, or casting a stray line or two!



Charlie Hoyle  |  Lead Facilitator

If you’re looking for a facilitator with character, pizazz, and a sense of humour, then meet Charlie Hoyle. An outgoing Facilitator with a passion for everything outdoors, Charlie joins Team Up Events with a background carved out on the slopes of Canada and the football fields around New Zealand. Charlie’s experience coaching high performance sports means he understands and knows what it takes to get people and teams fulfilling their potential. Charlie embodies what Team Up Events is all about and firmly believes in Challenging, Inspiring, and assisting your team to Achieve their Potential.



Darryn Collins  |  Lead Facilitator

Darryn joined Team Up Events in July 2014 and brings a strong passion for training, development, and facilitation. Darryn has held positions with the Canterbury Rugby Union and the Brazilian National Rugby Union as a strength and conditioning coach and lists travelling the World 7’s Circuit as a particular highlight. Darryn has a wealth of knowledge and experience when it comes to getting the best out of people and assisting them in achieving their goals. This, coupled with his positive and outgoing personality, makes him an ideal fit for Team Up Events and he has proven to be a valuable asset to our team in a very short time!



Harrison Nash  |  Programme Facilitator

Harrison joins Team Up Events with a real passion for all things sport and outdoors. An accomplished sportsman in his own right, Harrison knows what it takes to make a team tick through his own experience playing both football and cricket at national level.



Milly Workman  |  Programme Facilitator

Keep up with Milly if you can! Milly’s upbeat and outgoing personality will ensure your team will not be short of motivation or encouragement on your next Team Up Event. Currently studying towards a Bachelor of Communications, Milly also plays Hockey to an elite level and enjoys living an active lifestyle!


Ella Addenbrooke | Programme Facilitator

Ella is our language specialist with international Team Building experience! Fluent in Mandarin, Taiwanese, and Thai, Ella is currently perfecting her Spanish and Japanese as well! With previous experience facilitating Team Building events for global giants such as Mercedes-Benz, Nike, E-Bay, and Google throughout Asia, Ella brings a spark to your next team event with her boundless energy and enthusiasm for delivering world-class events.
