Million-dollar budgets, A-List Actors, and the latest in special effects, are just some of the things that will not be available to you in Lights Camera Action, however, your people's knowledge about what makes your business and team great, will prove invaluable as script, produce, film, and edit your very own blockbuster movie!

Provided with a brief and a theme, teams get down to the nuts and bolts of scripting their very own video and planning how to put it all together. From here it’s time to cast roles, find locations, work the camera angles, refine your script, and manage all the small details that go into filming and producing an award-winning video.

 When time is up teams regroup to submit their final edited product to Team Up facilitators. A short interlude (or perhaps a longer break with videos shown over dinner) allows all movies to be collated into a final presentation ready for viewing. When the group reconvenes the end of the program takes on an “Oscars” feel as teams sit back, relax, and enjoy their blockbusters on the big screen!
